What do I need to provide to have my Title 24 report prepared?

Where can I get the Title 24 forms for the prescriptive methods?

A set of plans for the heated / conditioned living area that includes:

• Project address
• Square footage
• North arrow
• Ceiling heights
• Windows, doors and skylights shown with sizes & locations  identified
• For additions and remodels: clear indication of removed glazing and added or removed living area
• HVAC and water heating types and locations
• Exterior elevations and sections are helpful
• The designers name address and phone number

PDF or DWG formats are acceptable.

Three complete sets of Title 24 compliance documentation that includes: CF1-R, MF1-R, Heating and Cooling load calculations, compliance summary cover sheet, and forms to affix to your plans.

A copy of the signed Title 24 CF1-R form must be affixed to the plans. Electronic files can be used or “sticky-back” copies can be provided upon request.

Two signed sets of Title 24 Compliance forms must be submitted with your complete plan submittal package.

All corrections are addressed free of charge.  A fee will be assessed for corrections that result from design changes that are incorporated after the compliance documents are delivered.
